Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. Express orders must be placed by 6:00 am PST to be processed within the same day. Express orders placed after 6:00 am PST will be processed by the next business day.

We ship our products worldwide. The shipping and handling cost depends on your order and the shipping method you choose.

For U.S. Orders:

Standard USPS – $6.00 (2-7 business days)

For International Orders:

International orders are delivered Standard mail, via USPS, and are available for APO/FPO Box deliveries, as well as, deliveries to Guam and Puerto Rico.

For many destinations orders are delivered between 10 to 18 days.

Actual number of days may vary based on origin, destination, and customs delay. Certain countries/locations (Portugal, Spain, Italy, India, APO/FPO) often experience longer than usual shipping time (more than 4 weeks).

Please Note: Your order may be subject to import fees and/or customs charges. We cannot estimate when or if such charges will be imposed, or how much such charges will amount to. Payment of such fees is the responsibility of the buyer. For any questions regarding customs charges please contact your local customs office.

Returns and exchanges are easy and convenient.

You may return all or part of your order within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement.

To initiate a return, send an email to the Customer Support and state the reason for the return, or call (800) 672-2650 to connect with one of our Customer Support representatives.

You will receive an electronic refund (minus cost of shipping) within 7-10 business days from the date your return is processed.
